PRIMANTI BROS. — V10 DAILY USE Rooms and lineups vary by location. 00:00:00 — Welcome to V10 Welcome to Primanti Brothers! Let's get your team ready for game day. With version ten, you've got the controls for the TVs, the music, and the matchups your guests came to see. We'll cover Quick Tune, weekend scheduling, audio, and system power. Your rooms and available channels may differ. Follow your Head Coach's game plan for your store. Let's get started! 00:00:25 — TVs, rooms and shared receivers First, get your bearings. Open TVs, check the location name, and choose a room on the left. The numbered TV tiles are your screens. The Satellite buttons along the bottom select receivers. Several TVs can share one receiver, so changing its channel changes the picture on every TV using it. Think one receiver, one program, several screens. 00:00:50 — Route a program to a television Let's put the right program on the right TV. Select the Satellite source carrying the program you want, then tap the destination TV. Repeat for any other screens that should show it. The blue highlight marks your selected source. Check the actual television to confirm the result. Routing chooses which receiver a TV displays. Tuning changes the channel on that receiver. Those are two different plays. 00:01:18 — Quick Tune: start with the receiver Let's change receivers. Select Satellite two along the bottom, then try Satellite five. Watch the blue highlight move with your selection. That highlight tells you which receiver you're about to control. Now choose the receiver you want, open Quick Tune, and select a network. Review the popup before pressing Tune. Every TV sharing that receiver will follow its new channel. 00:01:44 — The new program popup Here's your program preview. The popup shows the network, channel number, current program, and any artwork or description supplied by the guide. Look for Up Next when that information is available. Missing artwork doesn't automatically mean the channel is unavailable. Focus on the network and program details, and make sure this is what your guests want to watch. 00:02:08 — Confirm Tune, or close Ready to make the switch? Check the Tune button. In this example, it identifies Satellite three and ESPN. Make sure both are right, then tap Tune. Changed your mind? Tap Close to leave without tuning. Give your teammates a heads-up before switching a shared receiver, because every TV already using it follows along. Finish by checking the actual screens. 00:02:34 — Direct Tune keypad Already know the channel? Take the direct route. Select your Satellite receiver, enter the channel number on the Quick Tune keypad, and check the digits before pressing Go. Use Clear if you need a do-over. The receiver is still shared, so check what other TVs are showing before you switch. A quick check now can save an unhappy fan later. 00:02:57 — Browse the full guide Want to browse instead? Open Full Guide. Use the channel, page, day, and category controls to explore the listings. Select a program, review its details, and use Tune when appropriate. Seeing a future listing does not schedule an automatic switch. For that, use the GameDay scheduling workflow coming up next. And if a preview isn't available, the guide information may still be ready to use. 00:03:25 — GameDay: find a game Now for GameDay: your sports starting lineup. Today shows current and upcoming events. Use the sport buttons to narrow the list, then Previous and Next to browse the cards. Check each event's channel and status. A replay and a live matchup are different viewing choices. Team logos help identify matchups, while boxing and other events may show poster artwork instead. 00:03:50 — Tune now versus schedule later Here's the key call: watch now, or plan ahead? On Today, choose a game card, review the details, and check your selected Satellite receiver before pressing Tune. That changes the channel now. College Saturday and NFL Sunday open the scheduling workflow. Refresh checks for updated events. Leave Replays Off when you're looking for live or upcoming action; enable replays when that's what you want to browse. 00:04:17 — College Saturday: choose an upcoming game Let's book a college game from start to finish. Choose College Saturday, then select the upcoming one o'clock matchup. In this training example, it's eleven thirty, so there is plenty of time to schedule. The detail panel shows the channel, the one o'clock start, and the twelve fifty-five switch time. Next, choose the Satellite receiver and the TVs that should show it. 00:04:41 — NFL Sunday: complete the same workflow Sunday Ticket uses the same playbook. Choose NFL Sunday and select the upcoming game. In this example, choose Satellite five. Highlight TV five and TV six. Check the start time and the switch time, then press Schedule game. The saved message confirms your choices. Open View scheduled games and check the Sunday booking: Satellite five, TVs five and six, with the switch five minutes before kickoff. Confirm your store's channel and Sunday Ticket availability with your Head Coach. 00:05:13 — Step 1: choose the Satellite Back to our college example. With the game selected, choose Satellite two from the receiver list. This is the receiver that will tune to the game's channel. Remember, other TVs already using Satellite two follow that receiver too. Coordinate with your Head Coach before changing a shared receiver. Now choose the TVs you want included in this booking. 00:05:37 — Step 2: highlight the televisions Now choose the screens. Tap TV one: it turns blue and gains a checkmark. Add TV two, then TV four. The count now shows three selected TVs, and the summary lists one, two, and four. Tapping a selected TV again removes it. For this booking, keep all three selected. Check the TV numbers before you save, so the right guests get the right game. 00:06:04 — Step 3: save the schedule Time to save the play. Review the college game, Satellite two, and TVs one, two, and four. We are more than five minutes before kickoff, so Schedule game is available. Press it once. Watch for the saved confirmation and the scheduled-game count to increase. The booking is now saved. A highlighted game alone is not a booking; the saved confirmation is the result you need. 00:06:30 — Step 4: verify the automatic switch Open View scheduled games and verify the saved details. Our college game starts at one o'clock, so the switch is scheduled for twelve fifty-five. Here is the practice switch: at twelve fifty-five, the booking changes to Switched, and TVs one, two, and four show the game through Satellite two. At your store, keep the system running and check the actual TVs when the switch happens. Room audio is selected separately. 00:06:56 — Review or cancel a booking Need to change the plan? Find the correct booking in View scheduled games. Here is the Sunday example on Satellite five, using TVs five and six. To remove it before it runs, press Cancel booking. The status changes to Canceled, and it will not run. Canceling does not put a previous program back on a TV that has already switched. Create a new booking when you need a different game, receiver, or TV selection. 00:07:25 — Weekend scheduling: save and verify That's the complete weekend workflow. Choose College Saturday or NFL Sunday, select the game, choose a Satellite, highlight the TVs, and save. Then open the scheduled list and verify the details. Book more than five minutes before kickoff, confirm channel availability with your Head Coach, and check the TVs when the switch runs. Save it, verify it, and you're ready for game day! 00:07:50 — Audio is controlled separately Great picture? Now let's get the sound right. The Audio page controls what guests hear. Choose background music, Game Audio, or the local DJ or wallplate input appropriate for the room. Raise the room volume gradually. Changing the TV picture doesn't necessarily change the sound. Check the room's audio source, mute button, and level together. Picture and sound each need the right selection. 00:08:18 — Game Audio and shared sound Want to hear the game? In this example, Satellite one is the current Game Audio selected. Choose another Satellite program when you need to change the game sound, then check which rooms are using Game Audio. Those rooms share that selection, so coordinate with your teammates before switching. Start at a modest volume, listen, and adjust gradually. Use Mute when you need to silence a room. Keep the excitement on the screen, not in a surprise volume jump! 00:08:47 — Music and audio presets Keep the atmosphere going with your store's music service. The music panel shows the information and playback controls available at your location. Audio presets can recall approved setups, so use Load when instructed. Saving can replace an existing preset; have your Head Coach approve it first. Employee operation stays here in the daily controls. Account credentials and service setup belong in installer settings. 00:09:15 — Opening and closing the system Opening time or closing time? Follow your store's power procedure. Tap Power to open the confirmation. It reminds you that shutting down turns the TVs off and mutes all audio zones. Choose Cancel to keep everything running, or Master Off when your Head Coach is ready to close. Let the shutdown screen finish. When it's time to open, press Turn system on and wait for the startup sequence. Power affects the whole system, not just one television. 00:09:45 — If something does not look right Something off? Start with a quick equipment check. For the picture, confirm the room, TV number, Satellite receiver, and channel. For sound, check the room's source, mute, and volume. Give commands time to finish, and refresh Guide or GameDay information when needed. If the issue continues, tell your Head Coach exactly which screen or room is affected and what you selected. Clear details make troubleshooting easier. 00:10:13 — Remember the two key workflows You're ready to run the play! For Quick Tune, select the Satellite receiver, open the network popup, review, and Tune. For weekend scheduling, choose the game, receiver, and TVs, save with enough lead time, and verify the booking. Keep shared receivers and room audio in mind, and coordinate with your teammates and Head Coach. Now let's give our guests a great game-day experience at Primanti Brothers!
